At BridgeStone Mental Wellness & Therapy LLC, we have clear guidelines for handling outstanding insurance deductibles and unpaid fees to keep everything running smoothly.

If you have an outstanding insurance deductible, you need to cover that amount before you can get services from us, whether it’s in the office or through a telehealth visit.

Payments must be received at least 24 hours before your appointment. If not, your appointment might be delayed.

Here’s the fee structure if you have an outstanding deductible and are seeking medication management or therapy:

  • Medication Management Initial Assessment: $250 per hour
  • Medication Management Follow-Up Visits: $150 per 30 mins
  • 60-Minute Initial Biopsychosocial Assessment for Therapy: $200 per hour
  • 45-Minute Therapy Sessions: $100 per 45 mins
